Print this off and send with Deposit When a puppy is picked out (you decide what puppy you want): half of the whole price will be due.
Complete payment is due at pick-up or one week before shipped. At final payment your deposit will be deducted from the purchase price. Use
Priority mail envelop; that will get your deposit in 3 or less days.
